    I'm a K-1 visa holder, and I completed my immigration medical examination abroad(DS-3025) in November 2023. I submitted my I-485 in June 2024, which is within a year of performing the DS-3025. My current status is that I'm going to have an interview with USCIS soon. Recently(since May 2024, if I'm correct), polio has been added to vaccination requirements for immigrants. However, my DS-3025 does not include the polio vaccination record because it was not required at that time. In this case, should I get an additional polio vaccination?

    When I applied for I-485(Adjustment of Status), I submitted DS-3025(which was within a year) instead of I-693 because I was K-1 visa holder. Now I'm about to have interview with USCIS, and since my DS-3025 has expired(which is more than a year now), should I prepare an I-693? I have not yet received RFE for this matter.
