Adjusting from a student visa

I'm the beneficiary, it happened in the U.S.

We are trying to adjust status through marriage with a US citizen. We have some potential complications. Around 7 years ago, I had an argument with an ex-girlfriend and I have stupidly mentioned killing myself. I did not mean it and I was just trying to express my frustration in an exaggerated way, I had no intention of doing that whatsoever. However she took it seriously and called the police. They came to my apartment, asked me some questions and called the ambulance, which took me to hospital so they can do a full physical and mental checkup. The hospital let me go after a few hours there, I was basically given a lecture, asked to get conseling. Around 2 years ago, I had an argument with a different ex-girlfriend, it was loud enough that the neighbors called the police on us. The police came to our apartment, asked us questions separately, in the end they gave us a verbal lecture, verbal warning, telling me to act our age and behave, and if they get a call again, we'll both be arrested, for disturbing the peace. None of these incidents lead to arrests or charges. However I'm still concerned that they might make my case no longer diyable. I'm not sure if these incidents counts as "being detained", and if I have to say yes to the question "have you been arrested or charged or detained for any reason", and if I have to include any records for these incidents. I do have the hospital record from the first incident, but I do not have the police report for either of these incident, and I don't know if I have to go out of my way to get them from the police department.
