No, my sister will sponsor my mum while my in-law will sponsor my spouse. I made 165k last year on 1099 but our company suffered a loss so overall income came to a very low ball.

I recently became a US citizen and I am planning to file for my spouse who came to the US on F1 but has since filed for asylum and no decision yet. My mother on the other hand came to the US on a B1/B2 visa. Can I file the form I-130 and form I-485 concurrently for both of them? Thank you
