My I-485 was denied because of the below reason:
You responded to the RFE on February 20, 2025, and submitted Form I-693; however, it does not
appear that the civil surgeon conducted a full medical examination. Specifically, the civil surgeon did
not indicate the date of the medical examination and did not conduct the requisite testing. Instead, the
civil surgeon drew a black line through Part 8 of the civil surgeon worksheet suggesting that he did
perform the medical examination.
I am in the process of trying to open my case by filling a I-290B and I wondered if anyone has any tips on structure/layout?
is it okay to do i-290b and sent new i-693 as new evidence? or should i reapply i-485 again?
what Requested Immigrant or Nonimmigrant Classification for my case? (came here with K-1 visa)
