  1. Hi, I'm doing the process for the K-1 Visa and my fiance hasn't even received the NOA2 yet, but I'm trying to be as prepared as possible for future things and I just wanted to check some stuff regarding I-485 documentation 1. To send the package, I need the form itself, copy of my passport, copy of K-1 visa, copy of second notice of action of I-129, I-94, copy of legalized marriage certificate, 2 passport size photos of me, legalized copy of birth document, I-693, I-864 and I-765. Are there any documents needed that I did not mention? 2. To send the form, do I also need to send proof of payment for the form itself and for the biometric system appointment? 3. What documents do I need to bring for the biometric system registration appointment? 4. For the I-864 form, is it only necessary to have as supporting documents the birth certificate of my U.S. fiancé, IRS tax return for the last few years, letter from the employer with information about my fiancé and pay stubs for the last few months? It is basically the same documents as the I-134, right? Are there any documents I did not mention? 5. For the I-765 I only need the I-94, copy of passport, copy of K-1 visa and 2 passport size photos, right? 6. For the I-693 medical examination, is a copy of the vaccination documentation I have from Ecuador valid? Do I have to legalize this vaccination document in any way? Also, do they accept an Ecuadorian medical history (basically everything I submitted for the medical examination before the K-1 interview but this time translated)? Is there anything else besides this and the passport that I need to bring? 7. Do you know if there is a specific printing format to send all the I-485 documents?
  2. 1. I know that I need to bring confirmation of completion of the DS-160, passport, inscripción de nacimientos o libro de nacimientos, police certificate, I-134 form, 2 photos 51x51 mm, medical examination results (if given) and proof of payment of the K-1 Visa. Other than this as an extra I will bring a copy of the complete packet that was sent for the I-29F, proof of relationship with my fiancé, a new letter with a more recent date from him stating once again that he wishes to marry me, and a copy of the second Notice of Action that is received months after the I-19F. Are there any other documents that I should bring that I did not mention? 2. Does the police certificate have to be notarized? 3. They only ask for a receipt of the K-1 Visa, right? No receipt of the medical examination, the DS-160, or the I-29F? 4. For my fiancé's I-134, as supporting documents, do I have to bring the 1040 and the W2 form for the last 3 years, only the IRS tax return for the last 3 years or all the mentioned documents? Do I also have to bring the pay stub for the last 6 months?
