That's correct it doesn't really matter if your wife haven't got the packet... If you can sent her the interview letter and everything that this has on (WHAT'S ON PACKET #4?????????????????????????) It will be helpful, you never know when she's gonna get it and she really needs the interview letter for the interview

I will be in Serbia about 3 weeks before her interview so I will take my Packet 4 with me if she hasn't received hers by then. We plan to schedule her medical exam early in September and between now and then ensure she has all of the vaccinations she needs. Based upon your timeline, you have been very fortunate. My attorney mailed my I-130 to the Vermont Processing Center on October 31, 2007. It will 11 months from the time we submitted our I-130 to our interview at the American Embassy in Belgrade.

Don't waint until Friday.... AVR doesn't update only on Monday or Tuesday or Friday or Saturday,... We have find out by ourselves that it changes any day of the week....

Those who have gotten RFE... How long was it after the ds230 entered into the system??

it's not for the us embassy that's what they ask for the ds230!!!!!!!!!!

NVC ask for originals.... of course it does... then you will get them back on the day of the interview

It takes a week or 2 to get the AOS bill and the bill is showing because that's how the system is built, but you have to wait until the IV bill is generated usually when they received and process the ds3032!!

Uses Loto's guide or james's shortcut, don't wait until your lawyer get the papers by mail, that can takes months

You're welcome...hehehe. Actually, our 5 month old is constipated...does a lot of grunting and poor boy sometimes cries. We called his pediatrician and she recommended beyond giving him prune juice, buying some over-the-counter suppositories. I've been trying to read up on what is possibly causing the constipation...I think it was the introduction of First Foods and rice cereal.

Have the pediatrician talked to you about "the fart excersice"? It will keep your baby without stomachache because of the constipation...

Try it! It will make your baby's bowel move...

Put your baby on his back, lift his legs and then bring them agains his stomach, it is effective and the babies love them

Yesterday I saw in NBC that this girl (Russian by birth) have a kid with Leukemia so she decided to move to Germany, she won some medals for Russia in the past but since 2006 she is a German citezen and now she is competing for Germany the country that she say saved her child from dying of leukemia.... It was a really nice story... SHE IS 33

Wow the gymnastics were awsome... I mean USA ruled!!! they only had 4 athletes for each event, the other one that were supposed to participate got injured... and even like that they got 2nd place but they definetly would have got 1st if it weren't for that....
