I am setting up all the papers for the AOS and have ran into a problem it requires for you to send the supplemental vaccination form I-693A beacause we have already had the medical done

We have already tried contacting both the embassy in Managua and the clinic where he had the medical done and no one can help us my next step was to contact miami or somewhere in Florida which was his POE but can't seem to find an e-mail address of any kind

can anyone please shed some light on my problem. I really want to send the application in as soon as possible any help is appreciated.

Try and research for DCF, it's the best option you have... even if the Bangkok consulate doesnt allow it, and you have to move to Laos (both of you) for 6 months...

Your fiancee can easily get a residency card at bangkok (try that too)

You can also come back to the US, apply for a CR1, be appart from each other (sometimes even a year or more) and get the visa, by the way with this you will have problems because you haven't filed any tax return (i assume) so you will have a hard time gathering the information that the National Visa Center will request...

Nah! Nothing yet... My husband called today to NVC, talked to the operator and told her that he was gonna be out of town and was not gonna have cell reception... (LIE), we wanted to see if there was any advance or a RFE, but the girl said that everything looks fine, that he is safe to go, knowing that he won't get a RFE..

Bummer!

Yeah, i would suggest you to send a copy to USCIS with a letter, also a copy of NOA1 if you have recived it already... something like that happened to us at NVC, we solved it within a day. But NVC is way different form USCIS!

I don't think USCIS really work on the cases when they touch them, I dont think they even they a look at them... They literally just touch them!!! AND THEN THEY UPDATE THEY'RE SYSTEM TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES EMOTIONS
