Have you submitted your RFE yet? Did you information back from USCIS (NOA)?

RFE OCT 12, 2010 Asking for bith certificate of Children we don't have, Financial records (i thought I submitted enough the first time) and evidence of communal residence (I also thought I sent enough!!)

It is so frustrating!!!

Updating Yiyi and Chris' Bio date (Is this your scheduled date? Or did early bio?) I apply for I-90 on April when my green card got misplaced. I was schedule for a biometrics on may... and I submitted my papers on July for I-751. They told me at USCIS (I talked to a manager) that my case was ok, that they used my biometrics so I was not going to receive any other appointment. I have no idea what to expect. They also told me that usually it takes 6-9 months to get all the papers processed... It is soooo weird...

Capture Biometrics July 29th... Used my June biometrics... weird huh?

I am confused!!!

Am I missing something? Should I be worried? I received my NOA on July 20/2010 but I haven't heard anything else from USCIS. They cashed my check and I sent all the information. I do not have kids yet with my husband but I did include our tax returns and everything on the list. What should I expect from USCIS???

Me imagino que sip, es que mi ingles no es muy bueno, jajajaja!! Y queria explicarte lo del doble matrimonio! (En ingles se me complica mucho explicartelo, jajajjaa)

Yo me case en USA primero, y despues me case en Spain, y te voy a explicar porque no es ilegal!

El matrimonio de USA solo es legal dentro de USA, a no ser que yo fuera residente en Estados Unidos, y con ese certificado de matrimonio me fuera a la Embajada de ESpaña en USA, y solicitara la legalidad del matrimonio en Spain.

La Señora de la Embajada de España, me dijo, tal cual, tu estas tan soltera como yo dentro de ESpaña, estas casada solo en USA!

Asi que organizamos el matrimonio en Spain, y nos volvimos a casar de nuevo en España, es decir, ahora estoy legalmente casada en USA y en Spain, si solo me hubiera casado en SPain, seria lo mismo, tendria que haber legalizado mi matrimonio en USA!

ES muchisimo mas sencillo hacer dos bodas, y yap!!!

Me imagino que tu te has casado en Nicaragua con tu esposo, y ahora lo quieres hacer en USA, pues no es que sea legal legal, verdad?? Pero tu dentro de USA estas soltera porque tu matrimonio de Nicaragua no es oficial dentro de USA!

Ademas, si nos ponemos a darle vueltas al asunto, te estas casando con la misma persona, vaya que NO pasaria gran cosa!

En España te piden mucho papeleo para comprobar que no estas casado anteriormente, y que puedes casarte.

Pero en USA no te piden nada, solo un certificado, y que tu rellenas, no te piden documentacion extra, al menos en mi caso!

Mucha suerte y disfruta de tu doble boda, yo las disfrute muchisimo las dos! Ahora tengo dos aniversarios, y estoy feliz por ello, jajajjaa!!!

La verdad es que en USA es mas facil casarse ademas para mi es un requisito para que mi esposo me pueda anadir a su seguro de salud, es mas facil tener un certificado de matrimonio para sacar la licencia y cambiarme el apellido por el de mi esposo... It's hard to know, you know it's a cultural, but as for me they insisted for the wedding pictures!!!

Well I talked to the 3 officials that interviewed me and they say that they have to keep the originals... they also told me that is illegal to get married again (we are getting married again in Las Vegas anyway! exactly 8 months after our marriage)

It was quite interesting interview but thank God everything went well, I already had my plane ticket and my hotel reservations for Vegas!!!

So Vegas here we go!

Hello guys, today was a really crazy!!! The interview was fast... but looooooooooooong.... They asked me almost everything in Loto's guide... lol.. well not exactly but they insisted a lot in how we met and how many times did he come to see me!!! I say they because there were 2 officers at the same time and then a girl named Blanca took my fingerprints and give me my white slip so i could pick up my passport on the 16th.

I arrived at 7:30 and I left at 9:30, I was the 4th to call for residency interviews, the 3 persons before me got denials!!! First I was called to window 1 and they went through my file, they throw in the trash some of the papers that my husband submitted as affidavit of support, bank letter, deposits and some other stuffs, then they told me to wait, i waited for 2 min and then they called me at window 3 and after that the girl said "there's nothing wrong in your case, go to the P.O. and pick up your passport!

Here are the questions they asked me!

Q) Where and How did you meet?

Q) How long have you known each other?

Q) When and where did you marry ?

Q) Do you have any photos of the ceremony and/or reception?

Q) Where does he work and what position does he hold?

Q) What do you do for living?

Q) Where does he live in the USA?

Q) Do you have any children?

Q) Does he have any children? How many ?

Q) When and where was your husband's prior marriage, if any?

Q) When and where was your husband's prior marriage termination/divorce, if any?

Q) Do you need SSN when you arrive at the U.S ?

Q)Do you know his children?

An hour later after I left the embassy they called me and said that I needed to come back because they needed to take my fingerprints again... So I drove as fast as I could and then waited like 10 minuts until the girl took my fingerprints again...

I asked if they were going to return my ORIGINALS and they say NO....

Well I can't tell it was easy, I was so confident so that helped a lot, NO DOUBT!

I dont know if it's bad but i am sooooooo calm!!! My interview is 12 hours away... and i am maybe just a lil nervous... I am worried about selling my car and some of my stuffs and my farewell party!!!!!

Good Luck guys! Remember to be relaxed at the moment of the interview or at least show it!!!!

It doesnt hurt at all... well i am a doctor so one of my friends was "my doctor" what hurt the most was the Papiloma virus vaccine "Gardasil" the other vaccines u wont even feel them, you will require at least 3 or 4 shots for sure according to you age range. If you have any medical record that you already have gotten those vaccines take it to the doctor so he wont have to give them to you again!
