I saw your post and had some questions. I have a similar situation. I'm American and my fiance is a Brit. We are getting married this May in England and have not applied for any US visa yet. She does plan to move to the US with me eventually, but will stay in London until she sells her flat while I wait in the US. She will continue to travel back and forth from UK to US during the green car process. What is your best advice with the visa process? Is there a difference with her applying for her visa at the embassy in London, or better to apply here in CA? Thanks in advance and please feel free to share other pertinent information.
