We are about to send our package for Adjustment of Status based on marriage (I'm the petitioner). At the same time, we’re submitting an application for a Work Permit (Form I-765) for my husband, but we’re a bit unsure about the correct fees.
According to the USCIS fee calculator (https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator?form=i-765), the fee is listed as $260 if:
“You filed Form I-485 with a fee on or after April 1, 2024.”
Since we are filing both forms (I-485 and I-765) simultaneously now, we’re unclear if this $260 fee applies to our situation or if we need to pay a different amount. Or maybe we don't have to pay for i-765?
Could you please clarify the correct fee for our case? or maybe be more specific about what money order amounts we need to send?
We are sending forms: i-864, i-130a, i-130, i-485, i-765
Are there additional fees that we need to pay? like for example, filling fees or something like that?
