😭I was able to secure a date and finally got an email confirmation. I had to restart my application and selected the visa category option "01 - Photo/Fingerprint Appointment. For any visa with an interview already scheduled at the Embassy. It directed me to the appointment confirmation page." I hope this helps everyone who has embassy interview date given by NVC. I appreciate all of your help.

Thank you! I heard about that too. I have a copy of the appointment confirmation that I was able save when I was told to try the appointment confirmation link before it got cancelled. I have tried to restart the application thinking that I may have missed something for I didn't get an email confirmation. Interview date will be a month from now and we received that from NVC a week ago.

Hello! We got an interview appointment from the NVC, and I was told to secure a biometrics appointment. A few days ago, I managed to schedule it, but I didn't receive any email confirmation. From what I've heard, there's a bug, so I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t help either. After a few hours, I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. From what I read, the calendar should be set to IV Manila instead of OFC, but mine shows Manila OFC. Is there any workaround for this, or did I make an error when signing up for the application? Thanks in advance!
