Hi I am applying for n400 and I was in an accident where the other person filed a civil lawsuit as my insurance denied their initial claim. Cops weren’t called as it was a minor rear end and so no police record hence no citation was issued. Tho the suit is closed and my insurance settled after a few months with a mutual agreed up on amount. Do I declare this under 15b

If I may ask what did the IO ask around this in your interview? Did u have the complaint and dismissal and release docs submitted to the IO? And did it have any bearing on your case?
