    Sorry, I didn’t get it. I haven’t even inform Immigration about my brother’s wedding or his children. When I filed petition he was single. So my question was, should I update i130 or file a new petition includes his children and spouse? It has been 10 years so far thanks

    One of my friends is coming with his spouse from PAKISTAN to visit the USA for the first time. His wife is expecting 3 months of pregnancy. My question is, if she delivers her child in the USA during her visit, can she or their child get a Green Card or USA citizenship?

    Can anyone help me about this tricky issue of mine. I filed a petition for alien relative in 2015 he got married now. What should I do now? Should I updated his petition online or do I have to file I-130 again with his wife and kids info?
