I filed AR-11 online, never received email nor hard copy as a verification that they received it nor processed.
I don't have trust in this organization since they delivered my GC on the wrong address and then they made me pay for the new one as the first one was lost or stolen. Over the chat there is no way to get any info even though I give them all the info and security check before asking a question.
Then, my mail concern now is which address they have on file!? Is there a way to check that? On 'my submissions' it says 'address changed', but the matter of trust does not exist with me.
Please, I would like to know your experiences and advices?
