Hi everyone,
I entered the U.S. on a K-1 visa and had my medical exam before my visa interview. At the interview, I gave my medical documents to the U.S. embassy, and they kept everything. I didn’t receive any copies of my medical exam or vaccination records.
Now, I’m filing Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status), and I’m confused about what to submit for the medical exam and vaccination proof.
Since I already did the medical exam abroad, do I need to submit Form I-693, or does USCIS already have my records?
I can get my vaccination records from my family (my mom is my family physician, so she has access to my vaccination records from my country), but will USCIS accept them, or do I need a civil surgeon to complete Form I-693 just for vaccinations?
Thank you in advance.
