My LPR husband filed a I-130 with a PD of April 2024. I am in the US right now on a B2 visa and we filed the I-485 and it was delivered and received by the USCIS 1 month before my I-94 expires.
Now my question is, if the USCIS received my application on time and my PD is still current, but my I-94 expires by the time the USCIS actually is processing my documents, what will happen then?
Will uscis base the acceptance or rejection on the received date (which is before the expiration of I-94) or on the day they actually processed the documents? (Which may or may not be after the expiration date of the I-94)
