    I have the attorney. He is fine. However, I am just curious. It should be a smooth process. However, the shift in fundamental changes of immigration policies is bothering me. I got approved. Everything is spick and span. However, a peep into the real world will be better. VAWA is tricky. Even though you got approved, they can still drag you into the mud so they can increase the numbers.

    Hi, I am a GC holder thorough VAWA. On this March, my 3 years of GC will be completed. I am ready for naturalization. However, I had some questions. 1. What should I prepare for Naturalization? I know the basic requirements. I am concerned about my case. Do I have to prepare for my VAWA case again? 2. What kind of questions can I expect from my VAWA case? 3. I heard about changed and major scrutinizes in leu of recent fraud investigations of VAWA. Is it going to impact naturalization process as well? If someone has gone through this naturalization recently, I’d be very much interested into hearing about their story.
