My Fiancé and I will be getting married next month in our home country(an African country). I am a dual citizen(USC) and my fiancé currently lives in the UK on a postgraduate visa that expires a year from now. I have an upcoming deployment in January of 2026. If we’re able to file CR-1 by the end of April, will we be able to expedite at any point during the process based on my upcoming deployment so he gets to move here before I leave? Thank you so much.
