I-129f I truly messed up. I have an arrest and accidentally did not list on form, however approved today (NOA2) and just realized this.
Part 3 4A states that you have to list any convictions or arrest for the petitioner. I have no idea how I messed this up but I thought that it was for the listed things above that of crimes like abuse and what not. Honestly I have no idea how I messed that up but I checked no. However I was arrested for marijuana and it was felony amount, however I did a pre trial diversion program and never had to go to court and that was 10 years ago. I know that it's on my record though as an arrest because I've done checks and seen it myself in the past. Anyways we got the NOA2 today and I looked at what documents are needed and I realized #######, I should have listed that. I swear it was an accident and now we are terrified we will be denied over this. Does anyone have any advice or are we doomed?
