  1. I'm a US citizen currently living abroad. I'm married and currently unemployed. I want to return to the states with my family and our file is currently with the NVC. I solicited for a joint sponsor but can my spouse stand in as the primary sponsor since I don't have funds to meet the requirements as the primary sponsor? Thank you
  2. No. I only petitioned my spouse. The children can be included in the petition for spouse once it’s approved.
  3. I understand and I do not meet those requirements as I’ve spent most of my life abroad.
  4. Hi, I do not meet the physical presence requirements to pass citizenship.
  5. My kids were born abroad and I have not stayed in the states for up to five years.
  6. Hello, I’m a US citizen living abroad. I filed the I-130 for my spouse and it got approved last year. We are currently doing the documentation process with the NVC. I want to travel back the the States with our kids and would like to to know if I can file for K-4 visas for them so we can travel while continuing the documentation process for my spouse.
