Hi! Im an au pair on a J1 visa that expires in June, i was thinking about getting a B2 visa after finishing my program but I would like to know if it’s something I can do during my 30 days grace period, any of you went through the same process? Do i need a lawyer for it? What are the steps i need to follow?
