    Yes, they're not planning to come any time soon unfortunately due to the wait times . For context, they got their Canadian visa in ~3 weeks including the appointment and the stamping.

    Hey folks. I'm a permanent resident in Canada. I already have a B1 visa for the USA. I'm applying for US visitor visa for my parents living in India. We have close family members who are US citizens. When my parents visit me in Canada, I want to take them to the US to meet with our extended family there. Would it help if I provide an invitation letter from close family who are US citizens?
