  4. Two weeks now. But after payment, the appointment page show payment details updated successfully. But isn't taking to pick up point/book a slot. Is this normal? He's booking Abuja and showing 55 days. Does he have to wait for 55 days? Thank you!
  5. Hi, I help my brother paid his MRV fee after following the instruction and step by step. He tried to login and validate the Amentum Reference number and shows successful but can't see the appointment page to pick a date. His university start in May 2025. Meanwhile, he's a test at the University in April, 2025. Has anyone experience similar issues. He's location is Abuja, Nigeria. Any advice or direction will be appreciated. He has raised inquiry with support team, but no reply after two weeks.
