Filed N400 on Dec 03, 2024. I got the NOA and Biometric waved on Dec 03, 2024 and status as "Case is being actively reviewed by uscis" since Dec 03, 2024. When I spoke to Usicis Live agent I heard that the application is still in NBC. Usually, how long NBC takes to transfer to local field office ? Do I need to do something ?? -
Filed N400 Online on Dec 03,2024. Got Receipt Notice and Biometric waived on Dec 03, 2024 and Status shows "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" since Dec 03, 2024. No Update since then. Did anyone got interview scheduled ? worried. Thank you...

I got my 10 year GC and resident since 03/03/2022 through US Citizen Spouse. I have applied N400 application on Dec03, 2024 at 8.44 AM EST. I got both Receipt Notice and Biometric Waived Notice on Dec 03, 2024. I have not been scheduled for an interview yet. I was wondering whether I have submitted N400 application earlier ? Should I be worried that my application can be denied for "early filing" at interview, even thought the USCIS electronic system DID allow me to apply that day? Is there anyone that had this happening and had a successful N400 approval? Any advice?
