  1. I had filed WOM to seek help in adjudicating my I-130, since it has been approved I have asked court to retain jurisdiction over my case over NVC and subsequent process also asked for periodic updates since I have waited long. Now my question will it help in my petition getting interview sooner or the case would be dismissed as I have gotten relief based on my initial request. also my petition includes my minor daughter too; do these speed up the process or its still the wait game ?
  2. I don't see 2025. my documents and DS260 were submitted just today.
  3. hi folks, I just found out this forum, here is my timeline, I am USC, wife Indian citizen in Canada as a Canadian PR. Consular processing. October 26, 2023: Receipt Notice received, acknowledging my case by USCIS. December 7, 2023: Case actively reviewed by USCIS. October 16, 2024: Filed Writ of Mandamus Pro Se at the Federal Court in Wilmington (Eastern District of North Carolina). November 8, 2024: Received an online notification of a Request for Evidence (RFE), but did not receive any correspondence from USCIS regarding its contents, nor did I receive any physical mail. November 15, 2024: Received the RFE and promptly responded to its contents. November 29, 2024: Received email from US attorney outlining the options regarding the stay. Dec, 06 2024: I-130 approved, Dec, 18 2024: received NVC mail. hopefully in this or next week, my attorney would upload the documents. ( I was waiting on my tax documents and later I found that I needed joint sponsor hence the detaisl) my question is how many days would it take for me to get DQed and get interview date ?
