  1. No formal NOA, but we received an update on the USCIS account that the i-130 was accepted. It's kind of not clear if this means both i-130 and i-485, or if i-485 NOA should come separately... under the circumstances, we remain concerned but for now all we can do is wait...
  2. We did, we filed both i-130 and i-485 (concurrent filing). It was received by USCIS (we know because we have the tracking number), but we don't have the NOA from USCIS yet. Just really nervous because all these changes now...
  3. Thank you. Let's hope that's the case. She entered legally, through an airport inspection, on a legal status (event hough parole, not a visa). USCIS received the package on Feb 13th. I'm hoping this will be all good anyway, but it's scary for us and we are not sure what to do.
  4. Hi all, I am a US citizen. I supported my old high school friend to come here on a UHP (ukrainian humanitarian parole) in 2022 when the invasion began. Long story short, we got married in January, got a baby on the way, couldn't be happier. We filed for my wife's green card on Feb 8th but haven't received NOA yet. We saw the news today that green card applications for all people on humanitarian programs are paused indefinitely, regardless of basis. Is anyone else in the same boat? I'm not even sure what to do at this point, just very concerned...
