hi sir, i filled and uploaded a new i864 because my job changed(salary increased). there was a new version of this form so i filled it again and uploaded to ceac. will it cause any problem? we uploaded 2 I864 forms basically, one at nvc stage, another one before the interview. My wife will bring a copy of both, will this cause any problem at the interview?

i have exact same question, i lost the original I864 form we submitted to NVC. We do have a copy of it. is it okay to bring this copy to interview?

hi, did your husband bring I864 affidavit of support form in original with WET signature? do you know if we can bring a copy of it(what we uploaded to nvc)? we lost the original form we uploaded but we have a scan copy of it.

Sorry for another question but this is my last. My wife will have an cr1 interview soon at the embassy. (i am us citizen sponsoring my wife) Does she have to bring a I864 affidavit of support form with A WET SIGNITURE? Can she simply download from CEAC/NVC portal and bring it? We have a copy of it. I do not have the form we submitted to NVC last year and i am not sure what to do if they require an ORIGINAL FORM with WET SIGNITURE. Thank you in advance.

thank you again gentlemen, to confirm: i do not need to print and sign these documents(tax returns, 1040 etc) right? my spouse can simply print the PDF and bring as originals to interview? i checked the transcripts and 1040 form, they have all the information but they do not have any signature. i wonder if they have to have any signature.

thank you brother, by saying yes, are you saying my apartment lease contract is sufficient and it is okay to bring a copy of it to prove domicile? Are you saying i need to show another document show same address along with the lease contract? I live at this address currently.

Hello, my spouse's cr1 visa interview at consulate is soon. I provided her a copy of my(US citizen who lives in Texas) apartment contract lease. Is this enough for proof of domicile? They already accepted this at NVC stage, is that a confirmation of approval for this document? I have more things like utility bills, phone bills with my name and address but i did not upload these to NVC. Please any advice is much appreciated.

Hello, spouse will have consulate interview for cr1 soon. I previously uploaded my apartment lease contract and some letters with my address as proof of domice to NVC. And they were accepted. I lost the original mails that i uploaded. My apartment agrement was online contract (there is no papers signed, everything is electronic) is it okay if my spouse brings the print outs of these documents? i don't have a paper version of my apartment contract to mail physically and i don't have the original mails with envelopes. embassy is asking for originals to bring to interview, what should i do if i don't have the originals of the mails(bank letters to my name)? thank you for support form this community.

hello folks, by submitting do you mean uploading to NVC or bringing them to interview? Does embassy want to see wet signitures on these original documents or is it okay to download digital copies(digital document has color signatures on them)?
