is the time from NOA2 to NVC the same regardless of choice of Abu Dhabi or Islamabad?

Thank you for your response. We are considering request to be interviewed in Abu Dhabi as she is currently working there so it will be a lot easier to coordinate medical, interviews, etc. And also easier for me to visit Dubai vs Pakistan. What causes protracted AP? Anything we can do to make it less protracted?

Can we request UAE (Abu Dhabi) consular processing for my Fiancee who is a Pakistani citizen but been working in UAE for last 2 years? Will the US consulate in Abu Dhabi consider our application or do we need to select US consulate in Islamabad. Anyone has any idea if US consulate in Abu Dhabi processes K1 faster than Islamabad? Thank you!
