  1. Hey, I forgot about this in my main post, but I wasn't just missing the flu vaccine. It's more complicated than that. The german doctor couldn't complete my vaccination record because my vaccine report card was missing information. I have moved countries as a child and they messed up on the dates in the vaccine report. So I needed to reach out to my birth country poland and get that information from them. The german doctor said I can enter the US with an incomplete vaccine report and then complete it in the US. That's what I did. I went to the US doctor and provided the missing dates and received the missing flu vaccine too. Only after that, my vaccinations were complete. I have a photo copy of my DS3025, but it was incomplete so I submitted the I693 as well. But the RFE is asking about the DS2053...
  2. Hey guys! I've been trying to find information on this topic on the internet. But I can't find much. I've recently received an RFE from USCIS: I have completed a medical exam in Germany in June 2024. The results were given to me in a sealed envelope which I have given to CBP - as it was instructed to me. Once I arrived in the US, I had to receive the flu vaccine as that was missing in the medical examination. I submitted the I-693 in the I-485 (only the vaccination part) which was filled out by a designated civil surgeon. Now, the USCIS is asking me for the German medical report. I have already asked the doctor in Germany if they have that form on hand. But they do not. From advice online I heard that I could reach out to the consulate for that form. But from what I know, the CBP sends that sealed envelope to the USCIS, not the consulate? Which consulate would have that information if they do have it on hand, the US consulate in Germany? Please help me out. Do I have better luck just redoing the exam in the US? It seems like they have lost my documents because it's impossible for me to submit a form I wasn't allowed to have (sealed envelope). *edit: I have tried emailing the consulate I was interviewed at in Germany, but they rejected my email I've read their visa navigator multiple times. They don't have an option for what I'm seeking help for.
