    Cannot even contact the surgeon directly. All calls are automatically redirected to customer service agents.

    This organization is very busy. They have multiple locations. What are my options if I can't produce the requested evidence before the deadline?

    If this is not the appropriate place for this post, please redirect me. The form I-485 for my wife is currently being processed. She was given a request for evidence (RFE). She has to respond with form I-693. The medical examination for this form takes 3 to 4 weeks to process, which is something I didn't know originally. So if the exam was completed on January 21, and the clinic has not responded yet, what are the best ways to respond if the RFE must be responded to by February 20?
