    HELP! I have been reading conflicting answers for this one: How do I answer? “Have you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident at a US embassy?” I have a pending I-130 (husband filed it for me while I was in my home country and he was in the US) and now I am in the US on a B2 visa and applying for adjustment of status. So how do I answer that question on the form? I-130 was filed by my husband and not me and it was just a petition. I have read some said YES and some said NO. So now I am confused. I do not want my papers to be denied nor returned just because of this
