The reason why is we are married and I have filed I-130, but it’s in progress and I don’t want them to think she’s gonna come here and stay. That is definitely not why we filed I-130. We wanna do it all the legal way. Just wanna meet. thank you all for taking time out of your day and replying. I do appreciate it.

Hello. I am a US Citizen and my wife lives in Canada on work basis. She has US Visitor Visa. Before her I-130 gets processed, is it possible for me to drive to Canada and drive my wife to US so she can stay with me for few weeks and then she can fly back to Canada? Or will they not let her enter US because we have filed I-130?

Hello everyone, myself Parth. I am a US Citizen via Naturalization. I filed I-130 for my wife, and she lives in Canada, but is from India and has an Indian Passport. As of February it is still showing 8 months before USCIS processes our file. My wife wants to travel back to India to spend time with her parents, would it be possible to complete Visa interview process in India, considering we started it here? Or will she have to go back to Canada for interview?
