    Yep you’re right. Went to issued the next day. Entered the US yesterday on my Immigrant Visa 😀

    Changed to Administrative Processing on CEAC today so that’s some progress. Any ideas if it’ll stay on AP for long?

    Hi folks, I’m hoping some of you can help with my scenario. I had my IR1 interview on May 23rd 2024 at London. Refused and advised to apply for a vaccine waiver. Waiver was approved December 20th. January 6th 2025, Embassy requested passport and new medical. Medical done January 8th and passport sent same day. Embassy received passport January 10th. Embassy confirmed receipt of medical on January 17th. Case updated January 22nd and January 27th, but status is still refused. Any insights or advice? Thanks.
