Parents separated but never divorced. Daughter retains second father's name. Japanese Koseki Tohon (family registry lists): Wife Father (original) Mother (relationship to parents: first daughter) Adoptive father (mother's second husband) (relationship to adoptive father: adoptive daughter) - In the above case, should the adoptive father be listed on I-130a Page 2 Part 1 - Information About Parent 2? - Should the original father be listed in Part 7, or not listed listed at all?

Question 2 Page 6, Part 7 requests an item number for adding additional information. - Should I enter Page 2 Part 1 Item Number 17.a for the information and then type all of the second father's information in the space below? Question 3 Typing into the pdf in Adobe prohibits a hyphen in the address line. Using chrome to type into the the pdf allows a hyphen. - Will we run into problems by using chrome to bypass the block in the original document? - Should we instead write the address in full in Part 7?
