    Yes, my Fiance. Well, that what I was thinking, he will be paying a lot of things once he started working and I am afraid if it is the time for my interview and he won't have enough money . His work will start on May - October, if we submitted our K-129 Packet it will surely take more than 7- 15 months.

    Hi, He told me that although he works seasonal in nantucket, he will the meet the income guideline for 2 households. Should we get a lawyer instead? This is just difficult to understand sometimes. He said that he will get a tax returns. But actually, Idk how we will start and when or which to start, can anyone help me or a guidelines.

    Hello everyone, will there be a problem if my Bf did not pay his taxes for 2 yrs, he only works seasonal in nantucket as Line cook.. And our Plan is since they offer free housing where he works I will stay there, and we can rent the place continously once his season is than the restaurant he's working with.. I am thinking how hight the chances we will get approve or if our plan will works. We are only doing our stuff DIY and searching.. Thank you.
