I have been in touch with one of the well known K1 visa agents in the United States, and discovered that most of their employees are Filipino and while I wouldn't mind that in a different situation, my K1 application is going to be a bit complex and going to need lots of documents translated from Thai to English (more than typical couples) and thus I'm searching for someone on the Bangkok side instead of the US side to help with this....

make me even more interested in finding a qualified visa agent in Bangkok to guide the process, and preferably someone who is well established with an honest reputation and has a lawyer on their team in case anything comes up because I'm not looking forward to be waiting for 2+ years to jump through hoops if things get hairy.....
