    Should I also send my vaccination record or would the I-693 be enough along with the sealed envelope from the civil surgeon?

    I’m wondering too if I can hold off applying for employment authorisation, I know it’s optional however I’d like to be able to work while my AOS processes but I don’t think we can afford filing for the employment authorisation at the same time as the other documents. Would I be able to submit the employment form a few weeks after submitting everything else?

    Thank you, I have the I-693 completed I just forgot to add it to the list, is it required to also send the vaccine record along with the I-693?

    I'm adjusting status after marrying a US citizen and I wonder if I need to create a cover letter for each form we send such as I-131, I-485, I-765 and I-130? Or should I just create one main cover letter listing each document I'm sending? Also, for the cover letter I wonder what USCIS address I need to use, would it be the address of the USCIS that I am sending all documents to? Please refer to the attachment of the draft cover letter that I am using I-131-Cover-Letter-Sample-Advance-Parole.pdf

    Thank you I'm glad I checked Also, Is G-1145 a form I should send too? And is it okay the my US citizen husband doesnt have a passport or should we apply for that before sending the AOS?
