I am due to file my i751 in the next couple of days. I have a speeding ticket charge (41+), no reckless driving or dui charge. I wasn't arrested or anything. The speeding ticket is pending mandatory court appearance. However the instructions on the form clearly say do not mention tickets if it DID not lead to arrest or if no drugs/alcohol was involved or if the Charge was less than $500.
Now since the court date isnt until april 2025 which is when i find out what the actual fine would be, do i still submit evidence for this ticket on i751?
The ticket is a Criminal Traffic violation. At least that's how the citation reads and has a mandatory court requirement on it
