I know we actually wanted to do Cr-1 at first but we don’t know how long we will wait and since I’m from Turkey the things are in Turkey is not good. We changed our mind to be together asap that’s why we want to do k-1

I don’t have any criminal records and I have been working but I just don’t know we don’t want to get denial and we are scared to doing something wrong when we fill out the forms and also I have never been in the us before I don’t know if this is a red flag

How long have you been together? we have been together for almost 2 years How did you meet, and how many times have you met in person? we met online and yes we met 3 times and he totally stayed 70 days i think Is there a large age gap? no we have just 3 years between us Do both of your families know and are accepting of your relationship? yes he stayed at my parents house and he met everybody around me he is coming again in september 5th for one of my friends wedding.

We dont think we need a red flag but we just scared to do something wrong and get denial and my boyfriend want to work with an Attorney so they can handle the process and we will be more relieved i think. Also since i am a turkish citizen i just dont know what will be the process look like lol and i have never been in the USA before. my bf got arrested because of weed but it was a long time ago like 3-4 i think. And we also want to know if we can do it by ourself.

Hello Everyone, me and my american citizen bf wants to apply for K-1 visa and we want to work with an attorney. Do you have any advice for this? He currently lives in Knoxville, TN. If there are any turkish-american couple thath can help us, i'd be happy.

yes we want to marry in June and then apply for a CR-1 visa and i know that we can't apply CR-1 before marriage

We want to apply for the visa as soon as possible because this is a long process and we want to be able together. Do you think we should wait after we marry?

my boyfriend came to Turkey for my birthday and stayed for like 6 days and then came back 2 weeks later and stayed 33 days and he will come again in June probably stay for 45 days, so in total before we marry we will spend 80 days together. Is it bad?
