My H1B- 6 year max out expires Oct 2025, Perm applied Jan 2025 but my attorney informed me that I need to recapture my H-1B status for approx 10 more days to extend my H-1B visa for another year while my Perm remains pending. My question is, is it safe to travel to India in March to get my visa stamped before it expires in 7 months? Any suggestions or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.
