Received a letter of notification for IV interview. Subsequently received an email to confirm the appointment. While completing the appointment, I noticed my dependent name and details were missing. As a result I am unable to proceed with selecting the documents delivery option and to confirm. When click proceed, it says applicant have imcomplete details. That i should click the breadcrump and update and proceed. Even after clicking the breadcrump, no option to update. Raised a ticket for support but it says on hold. I am not sure what means and how i can have this problem resolved?
