Hey everybody. My wife and I got the dreaded 221 g after her interview at the Guangzhou consulate. They want us to upload a tax transcript, but I am not sure whether or not this has to be mailed to the consulate via CITIC bank as well as uploaded. Apparently, the mail is for original documents or certified copies like birth certificates etc. A tax transcript is necessarily duplicable because you just print it out from the website. My question, then, is should we still mail it in? Or just upload the document to the CEAC portal? Thanks in advance for any insights.
