Hi can I use my IHSS income to meet the 125% of Federal poverty requirement for 2 persons (it's $25,500 right?)? My IHSS income is from my disabled husband.. so i'm a live-in provider I also have another part-time job but I just started it last year October 2023, that alone doesnt meet the 125% I want to file for my husband within 2 weeks. Has anybody else done this and had no problems? Thank you!!!!
