I’ve had my interview over almost 3 months ago and was put on AP 221g refusal. Passport was kept at the embassy. No documents required. I’ve only got one case last updated date change in December and this was because I emailed the embassy and got a response. Case last updated hasn’t changed since then. I emailed again two days ago and embassy responded saying case is still in AP. But this time, case last updated date did not change. Is it possible that embassy will respond to an email without looking at the case?
