My fiancé is Canadian but has lived in the US since 13 years old. She is Alaska Native American (Haida Tribe) and got here from Haida Gwaii on the J-treaty (I believe it’s called) when her mother brought her over. We have children that were born here in the country and plan on getting married next month. Based on the details I’ve mentioned what forms should I file? If anyone has ever been in the same situation I would greatly appreciate advice. Thanks!
