  1. We haven't filed it yet, but I am the beneficiary and I live in Canada. She's able to support the petition fees & and she has health insurance. And yeah, I'm aware about the AOS fees I have money saved up. We just want to be together and start a life together in the states asap, and we'll also have a joint sponsor if anything.
  2. Not really sure how this website, but I was wondering what would the best way to avoid denial be? Please try to be understanding, my fiance was 15 when we first started dating and I was 19 about to turn 20 but now she's legal, she's 18 at the moment and will turn 19 in a few months. What can I do to avoid denial for the k1 visa as she's the petitioner? I love her with all my heart and I just want to be with her in the US asap, fees are not an issue. Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated
