Our Story
We met virtually on Mate1.com on 1 Dec '07. I thought it was a scam, having received similar emails from beautiful women in Eastern European and Asian countries before. But Ludmila was in the US and less than 50 miles away. We emailed, chatted, met...and even though I am an extremely cautious man, I felt an immediate connection. By Christmas I had moved her into my place and we lived together until she had to return to CZ. I proposed in early January, she accepted. I flew to Prague 1 Feb and we married 8 Feb. Of course being separated for longer than we were together is no way to start a marriage, but we are now starting over that she is in the US. We're guessing were right about each other....
