    I dont know ways to expedite. Say my mom is there and not in good shape healthwise. Means what 'but there won't be one available to you by law until your Priority Date is current on Table A on the Visa Bulletin. "?? like no appointment available?

    HI. Thank you for your reply. Getting approved through I-130 takes few months or year but even after approved, for me to get visa it takes years (probably 10+ years)? that's what you are saying? any way to expedite?

    Hi. I am Canadian and my sister (a US citizen) who is applying for me. She gave me the form and it shows I-130. How much time needed to get green card through I 130 for a Canadian citizen living in Canada? My wife is Canadian PR. Will it delay the process? So is it better to apply once she has Canadian passport to cut down processing time significantly? Thank you.
