  1. Hello appleblossom. Thanks again for the reply. I am on the employee-based IV (current) with DQ back in late Oct 2024. Just one week ago (not sure the exact date) my CEAC status changed from "In-transit" to "Ready".
  2. Hello JeanneAdil. Thanks for the reply. I am at the Bangkok embassy and they had a Visa Navigator that show the website for booking the interview appointment. But nothing says when should I do it tho.
  3. Hey everyone, I recently noticed that my CEAC status changed from "In-Transit" to "Ready" about a week ago, but I haven’t received any email or notification from the NVC or the embassy yet. I'm wondering if I should go ahead and schedule my interview appointment now or wait until I receive official instructions. According the embassy website It tells me to schedule an IV intereview is through https://www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/. But it doesn't specify if I should wait for their email or I can just do it right away. Any information will be helpful. Thanks!
  4. Hello appleblossom. I have received the new case number after doing a public inquiry to NVC and they gave me a new case number which works in CEAC. Appearently they might just forget to send me that email lol.
  5. Hello Whattastar. I have received the new case number after doing a public inquiry to NVC and they gave me a new case number which works in CEAC.
  6. Hello, thank you for your response. Hopefully, the change in the case number is a positive sign. I'm just unsure how long the process of changing consulates typically takes. It has been around 50 days since the original request🫥.
  7. Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the following issue when transferring their case from one consulate to another. Here’s the background: DQ on Late Oct 2024 (EB1-A Current). I initiated a consulate transfer request in early December because I am currently working in a country other than my home country. Since late December, whenever I try to log in to the CEAC portal, I keep getting the following error message: "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. I also tried change my case number's first three letter with the new consulate location, still the same error. Has anyone else faced this problem after requesting a consulate transfer? I’ve contacted the NVC via public inquiry, but I’m still waiting for a response and thought I’d check here to see if this is a common issue or if there’s something specific I might have overlooked. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
