Hello!! I am a K1visa holder. And USPS said they delivered and got signature from Lockbox.(I attached the photo.) I am not sure if they took money or not. I am going to ask the bank tomorrow

I submitted my I-485 and I-765 on November 23, but I haven’t received the NOA1 yet. When I contacted USCIS, they said they couldn’t find my name in their system. I also emailed the Lockbox about this 20 days ago, but I still haven’t received any response. Is there nothing I can do but wait? Are there others in a similar situation?
